DESCRIPTION:February 20 Food Pantry is POSTPONED until Monday\, February 24 from 2 until ??? due to the extreme cold temperatures. \nFood Pantry at First Presbyterian Church. 228 W. 4th Street\, Ottumwa\, IA\, from 3 pm until 5:30 or for the first 300 clients.   This is the Third Thursday of the month.  Enter the parking lot from 4th Street\,    Parking lot will open at 2:00 pm    Bring photo ID with you. A box of food will be provided for each household that qualifies within  income guidelines  established by the Department of Health and Human Services.  We ask for your name\, number in household and ages of household members.  Sign in will be completed from the parking lot as usual.  New clients will register in the church.  ALL clients must bring an ID.
